To ensure your property is effectively managed we commit to:

  • Full time licensed Property Manager and property management admin
  • Rentals listed on our website with mapping of the location
  • Advertised in the local Peak paper (and on Peak online) if you request
  • Comprehensive list of tenants seeking rentals
  • All tenants are screened by completion of an application form, reference and credit checks
  • Legal Residential Tenancy Agreement with all tenants
  • Written condition inspection report upon move in - as well as a written condition inspection report when the tenant vacates
  • Coordinating routine maintenance and repairs with various trades
  • Regular property inspection
  • Automatic direct deposit of monthly rent into your account by the 15th of the month.
  • Preparation of monthly reports emailed monthly and hard copies annually
  • Automatic debit of tenants rent from their accounts (if tenants agree to this)
  • Office is open 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) in a convenient downtown location
  • Property Manager prepared to work evenings and weekends to accommodate tenants
