Based in Powell River, Nick works in the local, as well as regional and provincial real estate markets. A seasoned real estate professional, Nick has over 25 years' experience on four (4) continents; North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. First licensed in Vancouver in 1993 with Goddard & Smith International Realty Nick has developed his career to include real estate agency, investment and development, in an advisory, client side and principal capacity. Nick's real estate experience covers both the private and public sectors extensively. Nick holds a Master of Science (Real Estate) Degree from the College of Estate Management, Reading University (UK), was certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), has a Masters Certificate in Project Management (University of Victoria) and a Diploma in Marketing Management (BCIT).
