About Me: Rob’s passion in life is serving others. Being a Realtor® is both the hardest and most rewarding job he has ever done, but he cannot imagine doing anything else. The most rewarding part of his job is that moment – at the end of the day – when he has the privilege to hand the keys to his client and watching their faces as they open a new page and a new chapter in their lives. This is what makes being a Realtor® worthwhile. Having been born and raised in Powell River, where there are boundless opportunities to explore nature, Rob developed a love for the outdoors and learned to quite literally fend for himself. It was Rob’s previous careers, as a chef and then as a successful actor in Vancouver for many years, plus a manufacturing salesman on the side, that brought out his strong negotiating skills and drive to succeed for his clients. After Graduation Rob left Powell River for the Fraser Valley. For the last 11 years he has worked for Canada's Top Real Estate team within HomeLife Benchmark Realty selling an average of 200 homes per year. This high paced competitive work environment has allowed him to bring a wealth of knowledge and modern, strategic real estate buying and selling strategies back to Powell River, and to his clients. Rob knows how to think fast on his feet and he never wants to admit defeat for his client. He makes sure he acts with his client’s best interest in mind, understanding that a house is one of life’s biggest investments. He will fight for you! Rob treats everyone the way he would want his family treated. When you’re looking at buying or at selling, he takes the time to do a proper comparative market analysis on the home and area, plus work out all the incidental costs involved, to make sure you are able to enjoy life after buying a home. A family man at heart, Rob enjoys nothing more than being with his wife of 18years and their three boys. Holidays are off the beaten path in the family travel trailer or evenings fishing in his boat. He prides himself on giving back to his community he calls home by shopping locally, volunteering for local organizations, and donating to causes dear to his heart.
